E-MIX is a self organising group (SOG) which supports TSSA black, asian, and ethnic minority members in the workplace.
We aim to:

  • Raise awareness about human rights
  • Promote social justice
  • Campaign for equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Achieve diginity and respect for all

Our objective is

  • To strengthen, educate and develop key skills
  • Give them the tools and knowledge to protect other vunerable workers
  • Help members who face discrimination and victimisation
  • To combat fascism and racism in the workplace
